Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. A separate notification will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Dispatch of the order constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive an order confirmation email and may also receive a verification call from our team.

Your COD order will be accepted and processed only after it has been successfully confirmed through email or over the phone.

Order Dispatch

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Where an order contains multiple products, all products may not necessarily be dispatched together. Products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, packaging requirements and the location from which they are dispatched.

Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders with a billing value of ₹999 or more.

• A shipping charge of ₹99 will apply to orders with a billing value below ₹999.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, availability of the product, public holidays, weather conditions, courier-service limitations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make every reasonable effort to deliver your package at the earliest possible time.

If the delivery partner is unable to locate the address, contact the recipient or complete the delivery at a suitable time, they may contact you using the mobile number provided with the order.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered while placing the order are complete and accurate.

Orders shipped by India Cable Ties, operated by Minies E-Retail LLP, are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage, theft or loss during transit.

We recommend that you carefully inspect the outer packaging before accepting the delivery. If the package appears to be opened, damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and immediately contact our customer-support team.

Where a genuine case of transit damage, loss or tampering is verified, Minies E-Retail LLP will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable return, replacement and refund policy.

Insured Shipments

We work with trusted logistics partners to facilitate the safe delivery of your order.

Delivery personnel will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the package is delivered only to the customer or an authorised recipient. If you are unavailable at the delivery address, the delivery partner may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt or follow its applicable delivery procedure.

Secure Cash Collection Process

We encourage customers to make advance payments through available online payment methods, including net banking, UPI, credit cards and debit cards. Online payments may help facilitate faster order processing and provide a secure and traceable payment mechanism.

Cash on Delivery is also available for eligible orders and serviceable locations. COD payments should be made only to the authorised delivery representative at the time of delivery.

India Cable Ties or Minies E-Retail LLP will never ask you to disclose your card PIN, banking password or OTP over a phone call, email or message.
